I want to know what the salary scale per hour or per 208 hours is of a security manager

Hi John, the Main Agreement does not prescribe a minimum rate for a Security Manager, meaning that the salary for this position is based on the market and differs from employer to employer.

Would you be so kind as to supply me with the Bargaining Cleaners Rates in the Free State Area for 2021?

Hi Juanita, the Free State does not fall under the Bargaining Council, hence their rates are as per the schedules to the Minimum Wage Act. You can find this information here: https://www.hrcity.co.za/2021/02/08/increase-to-national-minimum-wage-march-2021/
Note that there will also be an increase which should be published shortly, due on 1 March 2022.
